Job summary

Arketa is hiring a founding Creative Producer to own Arketa's content engine. You'll concept, shoot, direct, and edit across paid advertising, founder storytelling, and studio partner features. This is a build-from-zero role. There's no inherited workflow or toolkit to maintain.

You'll define how creative gets made at Arketa. You can pick up a camera and run a shoot, and you can edit the final cut. You bring a storyteller's instinct to every brief — thinking about why a viewer keeps watching,

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in video production or creative production, with hands-on experience across shooting, lighting, directing, and editing.
• Strong portfolio with range — short-form social, brand storytelling, and/or ad creative; a portfolio is required.
• Expert-level proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or equivalent; you move from shoot to final cut independently.

Responsibilities

• Long-form brand content: plan, shoot, and produce longer-form video features across interview, documentary, and behind-the-scenes formats.
• Events and activations: cover brand events and pop-ups, turning same-day footage into publishable content.
• Creative direction: concept and script video ideas, brief external freelancers to a high standard.
• Content infrastructure: build lightweight systems for briefing, production, and asset management.
