Job summary

Wwshemi, a California-based AI-enabled financial services company, is seeking its founding content producer to build the video production engine from the ground up. You will work with leadership to tell stories for founders and business owners, producing content across long-form and short-form channels.

You will produce videos from ideation to publication, develop formats and thumbnails that boost engagement, and script, film, and edit content to establish a fast, repeatable workflow.

Qualifications

• Experience producing, editing, or directing videos for major creators or established channels with significant viewership.
• A portfolio of video work that demonstrates real audience engagement.
• Hands-on skills in scripting, shooting, and editing using tools such as Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects.
• A strong understanding of YouTube performance, including hooks, pacing, retention, thumbnails, and titles.
• Ability to work quickly and publish consistently; familiarity with business, startups, or finance is a plus.
