Qualifications

• Must demonstrate ability to turn real moments into compelling stories.
• Experience creating short-form videos for social platforms.
• Ability to film, write, edit, and publish independently.
• Strong writing skills for posts on LinkedIn and X.
• Deep understanding of internet culture and what makes content spread.
• Willingness to be on camera when needed.
• Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate.
• Enjoy working with founders and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Film and produce short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, Shorts.
• Capture behind-the-scenes moments of daily life at Pocket.
• Interview founders, engineers, designers.
• Independently handle filming, editing, and publishing.
• Develop original content ideas and formats.
• Track performance and refine content strategy.
• Repurpose content across platforms.
• Help grow an engaged community.
