The Relationship Company, PBC is building an AI-powered platform for meaningful in-person connections, and you will be the founding community and operations lead in San Francisco. You will bridge digital matches and real-world gatherings, scale campus networks, and shape early community culture.

You will own events, partnerships, and outreach, coordinating weekly meetups, venue logistics, and brand storytelling while leveraging AI tools to automate workflows and maintain a human-centered focus.

Qualifications

• Experience organizing real-world events and managing logistics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and use AI tools to automate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Scale the campus network by managing student clubs and outreach to new universities.
• End-to-end event production for weekly San Francisco gatherings, including venue negotiation and on-site execution.
• Lead founder-level outreach for partnerships, press, and recruiting initiatives.
