Job summary

FutureSight seeks an experienced Founding CEO to launch an AI data infrastructure venture serving the $20B+ employee benefits ecosystem in the US. You will lead pilots, define pricing, and validate retention while building the first product with FutureSight's engineering team.

You will raise seed capital, hire the founding team, and set the cultural foundation. This is a full-time leadership role with significant equity and strategic impact on a high-growth venture.

Qualifications

• Founder-level drive and willingness to co-found a new venture.
• Experience in building B2B SaaS or product startups.
• Strong GTM, sales, marketing, and investor storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead pilots with customers, shape pricing, and validate retention and expansion.
• Own product direction with the engineering/product pod to launch V1.
• Raise seed capital and manage fundraising process.
• Hire the founding team and establish culture and governance.
