Job summary

FutureSight seeks an experienced Founding CEO to launch an AI data infrastructure venture serving the employee benefits ecosystem. You will lead pilots, shape pricing, and validate retention and expansion strategies, while building the product with the team for V1.

You will raise seed capital, hire your founding team, and set the cultural foundation for a high-growth B2B SaaS venture. Equity stake offered and full-time commitment.

Qualifications

• Founder-level drive and willingness to co-found a new venture as CEO.
• Experience founding a product company or B2B SaaS venture.
• Proven GTM and customer engagement in B2B SaaS.
• Strong fundraising fluency and investor storytelling.
• Leadership to attract and coach a founding team.
• Industry background in employee benefits, brokerage, or insurtech.

Responsibilities
