Base pay range

$130,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr

Build the Intelligence Behind Audio AI

We’re solving the hardest problems in audio AI, while driving an innovative business model. As our Founding Business Operations Lead, you’ll stand at the center of our business. You’ll partner closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams to spearhead all internal functions, define operational strategy, and lead initiatives that fuel our business growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and optimize internal functions including Finance, Legal, Marketing, and general operations.
  • Partner with the CEO and senior leaders to set business priorities, lead strategic planning cadences, and drive execution of cross-functional initiatives.
  • Develop and implement GTM strategies, including pricing, segmentation, and market evaluation. Build and manage relationships with customer stakeholders to support new and ongoing engagements.
  • Support CEO with investor communications, board meetings, and fundraising activities—preparing materials and tracking follow-ups.
  • Analyze and recommend improvements to organizational structure, processes, and decision-making.
  • Work with the CEO to track revenue, profitability, and key growth drivers; deliver data-backed reporting and insights.
  • Own processes for OKR reviews, board meetings, and sprint planning, including agenda setting, facilitation, documentation, and action item tracking.

Who You Are

  • 3–8 years in business operations, management consulting, investment banking, or strategic roles at a high-growth startup.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to prioritize, multitask, and delegate effectively.
  • Exceptional communicator, able to present points and arguments clearly and concisely to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable discussing high-level technical concepts and engaging in research, business challenges, and hiring qualifications.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make and defend data-backed decisions.
  • Skilled at building relationships and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Interested in entrepreneurship; excited to work across multiple functions and partner closely with founders.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; highly adaptable and resourceful in dynamic environments.
  • Analytical Tools: Experience with SQL preferred.
