Featherless.ai is building the world’s most reliable open-model inference platform—a serverless foundation for deploying and scaling AI without infrastructure overhead. We’re seeking a founding GTM team member in the US/CA to bridge AI tech with business outcomes.

You’ll engage developers, startups, and enterprises, build a pipeline, and own outbound and inbound demand generation while shaping our GTM strategy.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in Sales, Developer Relations, or Entrepreneurship.
• Comfortable engaging technical audiences (developers, founders, researchers).
• AI power user.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Entrepreneurial and self-driven; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Build and qualify pipeline across enterprises and AI startups.
• Handle inbound requests via chat and email.
• Manage outreach sequences and automations.
• Re-engage sign-ups and subscribers to identify high-value users.
• Track CRM, pipeline metrics, and weekly reporting.

About The Role

We’re looking for a founding member of the US/CA GTM team — someone both technical and entrepreneurial that thrives at the intersection of AI, communication, and execution. This is not a traditional sales role. You’re expected to be fluent in AI and be able to hold your own in conversations with model creators, AI startups, enterprises, and developers exploring open-model deployment. If you're a charismatic developer looking to expand into sales or a young entrepreneur that’s developed technical skills we want to speak to you.

What You’ll Own Immediately

• Build & qualify pipeline across enterprises and AI startups
• Manage inbound requests through chat and email
• Manage outreach sequences and automations (HubSpot, Clay, Reply.io, n8n)
• Re-engage existing sign-ups and subscribers; identify high-value users
• Track CRM, pipeline metrics, and weekly reporting
• Attend events to generate pipeline and establish key relationships

What You Bring

• Combined 1-2 years experience in Sales, Developer Relations, or Entrepreneurship
• Comfortable engaging technical audiences (developers, founders, researchers)
• AI power user
• Excellent written and verbal communication in english — concise, credible, human
• Entrepreneurial and self-driven — you operate independently and get things done
