Job summary

Featherless AI in Fort Worth, Texas, is seeking a founding member of our US GTM team who blends technical fluency with entrepreneurial drive. This role centers on building relationships with AI developers, startups, and enterprises to accelerate open-model deployment.

You’ll own pipeline development, inbound/outbound engagement, and CRM analytics, with direct collaboration with executives to shape high-impact partnerships and scale our open-model platform.

Qualifications

• Combined 1-2 years experience in Sales, Developer Relations, or Entrepreneurship.
• Comfortable engaging technical audiences (developers, founders, researchers).
• AI power user.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English—concise, credible, human.
• Entrepreneurial and self-driven—you operate independently and get things done.

Responsibilities

• Build & qualify pipeline across enterprises and AI startups.
• Manage inbound requests through chat and email.
• Manage outreach sequences and automations (HubSpot, Clay, Reply.io, n8n).
• Re-engage existing sign-ups and subscribers; identify high-value users.
• Track CRM, pipeline metrics, and weekly reporting.
• Attend events to generate pipeline and establish key relationships.

About The Role

We’re looking for a founding member of the US/CA GTM team — someone both technical and entrepreneurial that thrives at the intersection of AI, communication, and execution.

This is not a traditional sales role. You’re expected to be fluent in AI and be able to hold your own in conversations with model creators, AI startups, enterprises, and developers exploring open-model deployment.
