Job summary

Postral Inc. is seeking a motivated individual to own the full brokerage workflow for commercial trucking accounts in New York. You will be responsible for quoting, binding, and servicing these accounts, while building strong relationships with fleet operators. This role offers the chance to work closely with the founding team and shape the future of Postral.

The ideal candidate will have a P&C license (or willingness to obtain one) and at least 2 years of experience in commercial trucking or transportation insurance. Strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in commercial trucking or transportation insurance.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, zero-process startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Quote and bind commercial trucking policies across 30+ carrier partners.
• Build and manage relationships with fleet operators and owner-operators.
• Define the playbook for underwriting and renewals.
• Work closely with the founding team to shape product and pricing.
