Qualifications

• Experience building and operating scaled production systems.
• Strong backend engineering skills with Python and familiarity with C++/Rust.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and scale core backend systems for document intelligence.
• Own production infrastructure including deployments, monitoring, and reliability.
• Design and operate high-throughput services in production environments.
