Job summary

ALIGNMT AI is seeking a Founding Backend Engineer for Platforms to own their data platform and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have mastery of backend languages such as Golang and extensive experience in software engineering. Responsibilities include building scalable systems and leading quality improvement efforts in AI privacy and data governance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering with a proven track record of successful projects.
• Deep knowledge of privacy-preserving federated evaluation and enterprise security standards.
• Excellent coding, testing, and system design skills.

Responsibilities

• Build highly scalable systems to manage privacy and legal risk complexities.
• Lead efforts to improve quality, reliability, and performance of features.
• Mentor engineers and work closely with team leads.
