Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in avionics, flight software, or embedded systems.
• Experience leading engineering teams and mentoring engineers.
• Strong fundamentals in embedded systems and real-time software.

Responsibilities

• Own the avionics and flight software architecture.
• Lead the design of flight electronics including flight computers.
• Help hire, manage, and mentor engineers as the team grows.
