Job summary

Squillace & Associates, P.C. in Arizona is building a new ABS-compliant firm and seeks its founding attorney to shape the launch and guide the application through licensing, expected in 7–9 months.

The role combines compliance leadership with producing attorney duties across probate, wills and trusts, and related business formation work, leveraging AI-driven workflows to scale volume while maintaining quality and ethics.

Qualifications

• Licensed by the State Bar of Arizona and in good standing.
• Depth in probate and estate planning (wills, trusts).
• Comfort with business formation and document-driven work.
• Enthusiastic about using AI and technology to work faster with high volume.

Responsibilities

• Own ethics framework, quality bar, and sign-off gate for the firm.
• Carry caseload as producing attorney and manage matters end-to-end.
• Collaborate with founders on marketing, capital, and technology.
• Remain through the 7- to 9-month licensing period and beyond.
