Job summary

Acceler8 Talent partners with an early-stage semiconductor company seeking a founding Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Engineer in Massachusetts. You will own analog/control and power-management silicon, define what the silicon must do, and drive designs through tape-out and lab validation.

You will collaborate across device, packaging, power, RF, and systems teams to align interfaces. You will influence design methodology, build reusable IP, and shape the future analog organization as one of the first

Qualifications

• Experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design from architecture to silicon bring-up.
• Proven track record with multiple tape-outs and successful verification.
• Hands-on lab debugging of hardware and mixed-signal circuits.
• Familiarity with high-speed interfaces and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design analog and mixed-signal circuitry for control, monitoring, and power-management functions.
• Own designs from initial specification through schematic, simulation, layout sign-off, tape-out, and silicon characterization.
• Develop circuits for bias generation, sequencing, protection, telemetry, sensing, and power control.
• Define electrical interfaces between silicon, devices, and packaging.
• Characterize silicon in lab and correlate with simulation.
• Improve design standards and build reusable IP.
