Our AI engineering team builds the AI agents that automate enterprise software delivery.

Sample projects include…

• Post training foundation models on enterprise platform schemas and configuration patterns across ServiceNow, SAP, and NetSuite
• Building hierarchical planning systems that decompose complex implementation requirements into executable workflows
• Creating self-correcting execution engines that learn from deployment failures
• Developing custom RL approaches optimized for outcomes
• Coordinating multi-agent systems

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agent architecturesthat parse enterprise documentation, interact with platform APIs, and execute complex multi-step workflows
• Apply cutting-edge researchby implementing advances in foundation models, multi-agent coordination, and domain-specific fine-tuning techniques
• Create evaluation frameworksthat measure both technical performance and business impact in real enterprise environments
• Develop novel training approachesfor enterprise-specific challenges, including few-shot learning and RLHF in business contexts

Salary Range for California Based Applicants

$150,000 - $250,000 + equity + benefits (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
