Job summary

FutureProofing is building an end-to-end AI platform for investment banking in New York City. We are seeking an AI engineer who has taken products from zero to one to join a team of senior engineers and drive the product from MVP to market.

You will work closely with the founding team on what to build, own critical components like data pipelines and infra, and move fast with engineers who know how to ship.

Qualifications

• 7+ years shipping production software.
• Experience taking at least one AI-powered product from nothing to real users in production.
• Proficiency in modern stacks: TypeScript/React/Node and/or Python; full-stack and infra familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Take the product from MVP to real customers.
• Build with LLMs, agents, RAG, and evaluation as core product surface.
• Work directly with the founding team on what gets built and why.
• Own data pipeline, infrastructure, and model integration.
