Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience in a startup or 0-to-1 environment.
• Ability to ship products from concept through production.
• Deep familiarity with modern AI development workflows.
• Comfortable operating with limited direction and high ownership.
• Excellent communication skills and strong technical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Build core platform capabilities across AI workflows, agents, automation, and enterprise intelligence.
• Design and develop scalable backend systems and APIs.
• Turn customer requirements into reusable platform features.
• Work directly with leadership and design partners to identify opportunities and prioritize what to build.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate engineering velocity.
• Help establish engineering practices, technical standards, and product direction.
• Contribute across the stack as needed.
