Qualifications

• Experience building and deploying ML systems in production.
• Strong background in ML, reinforcement learning, or optimization.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with customers.
• Self-motivated, able to thrive in an early-stage startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement optimization algorithms for agent systems.
• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand architectures and pain points.
• Build evaluation frameworks and benchmarks to measure improvements.
• Collaborate with product to translate research into scalable features.
• Publish technical posts and contribute to the AI community.
• Help define the technical roadmap for Lucidic's optimization platform.
