Job summary

Vindexa is seeking its first engineering hire to serve as the technical backbone of the company. You will own the codebase, set engineering standards, and build AI-powered workflows that make the compliance engine superior in the market.

You will work directly with the CEO, ship high-impact features, and scale the architecture while shaping the engineering culture at a pre-seed company with strong equity upside and AES Clean Energy as an anchor customer.

Qualifications

• Genuinely AI-native engineer with hands-on production AI systems experience.
• Strong full-stack capability across frontend and backend stacks.
• Experience building AI agents and automation workflows in production.
• Ability to define architectural patterns and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the product engineering and set coding standards for the stack.
• Architect, build, and ship full-stack features across frontend and backend.
• Design and implement AI agents and multi-step automation pipelines.
• Establish scalable patterns, security, logging, and observability.
