Qualifications

• Practical experience with LLM systems including RAG and embeddings.
• Comfortable with real-time systems such as WebSockets and audio infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver production-grade features across the platform.
• Design and implement a real-time voice pipeline.
• Develop and refine memory architecture using vector databases.
• Build and maintain enterprise integrations across systems.
• Design multi-tenant infrastructure for scaling.
• Own key technical decisions and overall system architecture.
• Work directly with customers to translate workflows into product features.
