Acttrident seeks a founding engineer to build AI operating systems, automation for engineering and HR, and multi-agent orchestration. You will implement tool calling, agent frameworks and secure production deployments.

You will own systems from architecture to production, collaborate with leadership, and contribute to an equity stake in the company.

Job description

We are seeking an exceptional founding engineer who can develop AI operating systems, engineering automation, HR automation, multi-agent orchestration and secure intelligent workflows.

Essential capabilities include:

• Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and Everything Claude Code (ECC).
• MCP, agent orchestration, tool calling and AI agent frameworks.
• Python, TypeScript, FastAPI, Node.js and API development.
• Supabase, PostgreSQL, Docker, GitHub, CI/CD and cloud infrastructure.
• n8n, workflow automation, RAG, memory, evaluations and observability.
• Secure engineering, permissions, approval controls and reliable production deployments.

We particularly welcome hackathon winners and finalists, open-source contributors, TryHackMe and Hack The Box participants, CTF competitors, independent builders and engineers with substantial GitHub portfolios.
