Job summary

Helmsted is seeking a Founding AI Engineer to join a remote team in the US. You will help build the agents and the intelligence behind them, collaborating with the CTO on evals, long-term memory, retrieval across millions of documents, model routing, and cost considerations while ensuring secure, permissioned access to client data.

This is a full-time, remote position with potential relocation as the team centralizes.
