Job summary

H Company, a next-generation AI research and product company, is seeking a Founding Forward Deployed Engineer to help customers deploy agentic AI solutions at scale.

You will understand multi-step automation tasks, integrate with customer systems, and collaborate with product, research, and engineering to shape the roadmap. A strong Python background and experience with AI/ML are essential; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of AI + software engineering experience.
• Experience integrating LLMs or agentic workflows into real products.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with backend (FastAPI, Next.js) and frontend (React) frameworks and UI/UX tradeoffs.
• Experience building and deploying production systems: APIs, services, infrastructure, and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Understand and identify customer's most important and impactful multi-step task to automate.
• Seamlessly integrate with customer systems, including databases, third-party APIs, and internal tools.
• Rapidly iterate in the field with tight feedback loops to continuously improve product fit and drive end-to-end solution delivery.
• Architect, build, and maintain production-grade services that scale with usage and complexity.
• Collaborate with product, research, and engineering to shape the roadmap and priorities.
