Job summary

Traba is hiring an entrepreneurial Product Manager to join as a founding member of the Agents team, helping build an AI agent platform that syntheses data and operates autonomously in customer supply chains. You will embed deeply with customers, design and ship production agents, and lead cross-functional collaboration with founders, engineering, ML, and early design partners.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Experience launching AI-native or agent-based products.
• Strong collaboration with engineering and ML teams.
• Ability to read evaluations and reason on system performance.
• Comfort operating in highly ambiguous startup environments.
• Familiarity with AI tools and modern AI systems.
• Desire to build at a category-defining startup.

Responsibilities

• Architect and steward product strategy for Traba's AI agent platform.
• Balance user needs, technical constraints, and evolving AI capabilities.
• Write detailed product requirements with engineers and ML teams.
• Prototype ideas with customers and design partners.
• Design agent systems that reason through workflows and execute work.
• Define behavior, evaluation systems, and quality frameworks.
• Use data to uncover patterns and improve product decisions.
• Evolve the AI product portfolio with model knowledge.
• Communicate complex concepts to stakeholders across teams.
• Collaborate across functions to bring products to life.
