Formación

• Hands-on experience building production agents with reliability.
• 1–2 years at a fast-growing AI startup.
• Experience building agent memory and long-running execution with goal management.
• Experience creating evaluations that inform real decisions and comparisons to human baselines.
• Substantive engineering work with software shipped at meaningful scale.
• Strong fundamentals; a degree or equivalent credential valued.
