Job summary

UniversalAGI is seeking a founding Aerospace Simulation Engineer to build AI-powered physics models. You will handle the full CFD lifecycle across subsonic to hypersonic regimes, shaping products with the CEO and founding team in a hands-on role.

This is an in-person, high-impact opportunity in San Francisco. You’ll design and run large-scale simulations, develop data pipelines, and collaborate across research, engineering, and client-facing work to validate models against traditional CFD.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of industry hands-on experience running aerospace CFD simulations, including preprocessing, simulation, post processing, and design iteration.

Responsibilities

• Design, preprocess, mesh, simulate, and post-process aerodynamics and thermal simulations for aerospace configurations at high scale and speed.
