Propel People is seeking a driven, results-oriented Account Executive to join our fast-growing sales team.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the future of recruiting by introducing our AI-powered hiring solutions to forward-thinking clients in the construction industry. If you’re passionate about sales and have a proven track record closing SMB deals, we want to hear from you.
As an Account Executive at Propel People, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth, expanding our customer base within the construction space. You’ll leverage your SaaS and AI sales experience to identify high-potential leads, close strategic deals, and build long-term customer relationships.

Travel
This role is remote. While flexibility is key, we also value in-person connections. This role requires up to 30% travel for attending industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
