About the Role : Founding Account Executive
We’re hiring our Founding Account Executive to meet fast-growing demand from law firms across North America. This is a mid-ticket ($1k-$2k), consultative closing role—you’ll take booked demos from our national speaking events, webinars, and strategic partners.
You’ll also collaborate closely with the Founder, COO and Customer Success Team to build sales SOPs, refine our sales tech stack, and help refine a scalable, repeatable system for growth.
This is a remote role with quarterly travel to attend legal conferences, trade shows, and client-facing events.

We’re looking for a high-drive, action-oriented sales pro who owns outcomes, thrives on urgency, and isn’t afraid to take the lead.Bold and confident.
This role offers a $75,000 base salary, 50% commission on monthly recurring revenue (75% paid upfront, 25% after 90 days), and big quarterly bonus accelerators designed to reward performance.
You’ll receive benefits, a 401(k), and a remote schedule with flexible hours, plus quarterly travel to high-profile legal conferences and events. We provide weekly coaching, sales support, and warm, booked demos—no cold prospecting required.
On-target earnings (OTE) :
