Job summary

Zibra AI is seeking a Founder’s Associate to join the Founders Office, acting as the operating engine for strategic initiatives. You’ll coordinate fundraising, partnerships, and key hires, ensuring critical projects move forward with accountability and no details slip through the cracks.

Working directly with the founders and executive team, you’ll synthesize market and competitive data, prepare investor materials, and manage relationships with investors, partners, and flagship customers,

Qualifications

• Extreme proactivity and ownership: you close loops without being chased.
• Excellent project management: run multiple parallel workstreams with senior people.
• Strong analytical and writing skills: turn complex data into clear outputs.
• Judgement and discretion: handle confidential information and represent founders.
• 1–4 years in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment; deep-tech exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic projects to completion with founders office ownership and cadence.
• Research and synthesis: turn markets, competitors, customers into crisp summaries and recommendations.
• Materials and decks: prepare investor decks, partner proposals, board updates, and internal strategy documents.
• Stakeholder relationships: support CEO with investors, strategic partners, and flagship customers.
• Whatever the moment needs in a doubling company, identify leverage opportunities and act.
