Alexander Chapman is seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly alongside the Founder in a fast-moving, externally focused capacity within the San Francisco venture capital and technology ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Founder on business development, sourcing, strategic initiatives, and day-to-day execution.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with venture capital investors, founders, executives, and prospective clients.
• Help originate opportunities through networking, outreach, events, and existing relationships.
• Attend meetings with the Founder and assist with key conversations and follow-ups.
• Represent the organization within the San Francisco VC and technology ecosystem.
• Organize and host events, dinners, and networking opportunities to expand the firm’s network.
• Support efforts to identify and develop new client relationships and business opportunities.
• Conduct market and industry research to identify relevant companies, investors, and opportunities.
• Manage follow-ups and translate strategic conversations into actionable opportunities.
• Assist the Founder with special projects and initiatives across the organization.
• Serve as a trusted extension of the Founder, prioritizing opportunities and ensuring strong execution.
