Job summary

Flex is building the AI-native private bank for business owners, with roles available in Miami or New York City and travel as needed. You will join the Office of the CEO to tackle high-priority problems, perform market research, and drive financial analyses that guide strategic decisions.

As the team grows, you will build models, recruit and mentor new associates, and shape initiatives at the highest level of the company, contributing to a generational impact in fintech.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in top-tier investment banking (TMT/fintech coverage), private equity, management consulting, late-stage VC, or fast-growing startup.
• Strong track record of outperformance and scope expansion.
• Advanced Excel and SQL; ability to dissect data and build models from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Take on the CEO’s highest-priority problems directly — strategic projects, market research and competitive work, financial analysis, and cross-functional execution.
• Identify problems, develop solutions, and execute multiple initiatives.
• Build and own the models and analyses that inform major company decisions.
• Collaborate across departments as priorities shift.
• Help recruit, ramp, and manage associates as the team grows.
