Job summary

Gopuff is seeking a Founder’s Associate to work directly with senior leadership to scale growth, optimize operations, and drive strategic initiatives across the US business. You will own growth strategies, pricing, merchandising, and operational initiatives within your vertical, while monitoring performance and driving improvements.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a high-growth startup, consulting, finance, e-commerce, or commercial role.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
• Strong leadership and collaborative skills with a track record of influencing diverse stakeholders.
• Experience leading strategic planning and reporting to senior leadership.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with senior leadership to scale, optimize, and lead key business verticals and strategic initiatives across the US business.
• Own execution and performance management of growth strategies, pricing, merchandising, and operational initiatives within your assigned vertical.
• Monitor vertical performance daily, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and implement solutions to drive growth, profitability, and customer experience.
• Build trackers, forecasting models, reporting frameworks, and weekly business reviews to drive operational rigour and support executive decision-making.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on category performance, pricing, customer behavior, and unit economics to identify growth opportunities and improve efficiency.
• Support partnership management by coordinating with external partners and contributing to negotiations.
• Evaluate financial performance and ensure profitable allocation of resources across your area.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, and Operations teams on high-impact growth initiatives.

• Work directly with senior leadership to help scale, optimise, and lead key business verticals and strategic initiatives across the US business.

• Build and maintain trackers, forecasting models, reporting frameworks, and weekly business reviews (WBRs) to drive operational rigour and support executive decision-making.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on category performance, pricing, customer behaviour, and unit economics to identify growth opportunities and improve commercial efficiency.
• Support partnership management by coordinating with key external partners, contributing to commercial negotiations, and optimising joint business opportunities.
• Evaluate financial performance, monitor investment efficiency, and ensure the profitableallocation of resources across your business area.
• Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, andOperations teams to execute high-impact growth initiatives.
• 1–3 years of experience in a high-growth startup, consulting, finance, e-commerce, orcommercial role.
• A natural problem-solver with a strong bias for action and a flexible mindset.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to quickly translate data into actionable insightsand business recommendations.
• Strong leadership and collaborative skills with a track record of influencing diversestakeholders.
• Experience with leading strategic planning and reporting to senior leadership.
• Strong commercial acumen, including experience supporting partnership management,negotiating commercial initiatives, or driving profitable business growth.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with experience building forecasts,trackers, and performance reporting.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
