The role

As an extension of the founders of the company, you will work on the hardest challenges in the business alongside them. Your days are varied but will include…

• Project Delivery: make sure multi-GW projects get delivered on time and help fill in any gaps alongside our construction, procurement, and development teams.

• Special Projects: jump on anything that is hard to solve and needs a smart solution, like standing up new functions from zero to one, owning them until they're ready to hand off.

• Financing: support on complex equity financing and project financing transactions involving billions of dollars of CAPEX.

• Hiring: help hire the team from junior to executives. Help form company culture.

• Firefighting: help troubleshoot the daily problems that come up, like finding a last-minute replacement supplier or driving to the customer site to solve a contractor problem.

Who you are

• 1-5 years of professional experience in high-performance environments in startups, consulting, finance, engineering, military, or similar.

• Demonstrated execution ability across a variety of complex projects.

• Can own projects end-to-end.

• High agency.

Salary and Benefits

• Total compensation: $250K-$390K.

  • Cash: $100-140K.

  • Equity: $150-250K at TAR’s latest valuation.

• Highly competitive compensation package commensurate with experience, including salary and equity participation.
