Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in investor meetings, pitch events, conferences, and networking gatherings around Menlo Park.
• Proactively conduct outreach, relationship management, and follow-ups with investors, venture capitalists, and key stakeholders.
• Organize and schedule meetings, prepare customized outreach and pitch materials, and coordinate timely communication.
• Assist the founder with strategic initiatives, including market research, competitive analysis, and communication efforts to support fundraising and business development.
• Maintain the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in all interactions, acting as a trusted representative of the founder.
• Support cross-functional initiatives related to fundraising, investor reporting, and corporate strategy.
• Provide on-ground intelligence and feedback from investor interactions to help refine fundraising tactics.
• Serve as a liaison between the founder and external parties, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
