Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a software or product engineer
• Strong fullstack foundation with TS, React, NextJS, and NodeJS
• Own products or systems from concept through launch
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and move things forward

Responsibilities

• Own product surfaces end-to-end from identifying opportunities to shipping and iterating
• Work directly with customers, CSMs, and GTM teams to understand workflows and pain points
• Design and build fullstack features that drive user impact and business outcomes
• Rapidly prototype and test ideas, especially in ambiguous or zero-to-one spaces
• Help define how AI agents behave, reason, and deliver value in real-world workflows
• Collaborate closely with design, product, and engineering to shape roadmap and prioritization
• Translate insights from user behavior, customer conversations, and data into product improvements
• Think beyond individual features and help shape product architecture and long-term platform direction
• Push ideas into reality quickly instead of over-optimizing in planning phases
