About the Opportunity

We’re assembling a world-class founding team for a next-generation Data Center Development Company —backed by strategic capital and support. Our mission : to meet the exploding demand for hyperscale and high-performance colocation infrastructure across key global markets.

We are now seeking a Founder / CEO with deep expertise in tenant attraction, data center leasing , and established relationships with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Meta, etc.) to Co-spearhead this venture.

Who We’re Looking For

A visionary and execution-driven founder with :

• A proven track record of securing anchor tenants for large-scale data center facilities
• Strong, existing relationships with hyperscalers, cloud providers, and enterprise clients
• Deep understanding of the site selection and leasing cycle
• The ability to navigate commercial, legal, and technical requirements of hyperscale tenants

Your Role as Founder

• Lead tenant acquisition and long-term leasing strategy across target regions
• Leverage industry relationships to secure pre-leasing commitments and anchor tenants
• Shape go-to-market and expansion plans based on tenant demand and market insights
• Collaborate with development, financing, and construction partners to execute buildouts
• Represent the company in high-level discussions with clients, investors, and government partners
• Build and lead a commercial and operational team as growth accelerates
