The role blends executive assistant, project management, and chief of staff functions, offering firsthand exposure to how an early-stage company operates.

Qualifications

• 0–1+ years of experience (recent graduates welcome)
• Ability to work 5 days per week in-person in NYC

Responsibilities

• Executive Leverage & Priority Control: manage CEO's calendar and defend focus time.
• Follow-Through & Task Accountability: convert notes into actionable items and drive execution.
• Customer Operations & Project Management: track deliverables and drafts for stakeholders.
• Strategic Experiences & Cultural Ops: plan All-Hands, retreats, and partner events.
• Special Projects & Business Operations: support COO on core operations and workplace experiences.
