ACCIONA is seeking a Foundations Manager for an on-site role in Lake Charles, LA. You will lead, plan, and manage all foundation-related construction activities, review project specifications and geotechnical data, and coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure safe, compliant field execution.
A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field with 7+ years in heavy civil foundations (or a HS diploma with 11+ years) is required.

This position is based (ON SITE) in Lake Charles, LA.
Lead, plan, and manage all foundation-related construction activities Review project specifications, geotechnical reports, and design drawings to ensure proper execution of foundation systems. Monitor production, schedule, and cost performance specific to foundation scopes and implement corrective actions as needed. Identify risks related to subsurface conditions, equipment, materials, and production methods; develop mitigation strategies. Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless field execution. Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental requirements, and regulatory guidelines for all foundation work. Provide technical expertise and problem-solving support for complex foundation challenges in the field. Review and approve RFIs, submittals, and permits related to foundation construction activities. Track and report quantities, production rates, and cost data for accurate project financial reporting. Conduct site visits and field evaluations to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications. Prepare and present regular progress reports to the Construction Manager and project leadership. Supervise team members including training, assigning work, performance reviews, and personnel actions. Promote continuous improvement in construction methods, safety practices, and productivity. Performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
