Qualifications

Must be able to read and follow safety policies.
Must be able to communicate (hear, comprehend, and speak) to perform work safely.
Ability to perform basic math/calculations for field tasks.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally 100 lbs.
Willingness to learn and follow directions from supervision.

Responsibilities

Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and components across the site.
Assist in clearing debris and hazards on site.
Support operators and trades by positioning materials and handling tools.
Assist in assembling temporary formwork and mixing concrete.
Finish concrete surfaces and maintain clean work areas.
Set up safety barricades, cones, and signs; assist with traffic control as needed.
Adhere to PPE and safety protocols at all times.
