Job summary

The Basement Doctor is hiring a Laborer to support foundation repair and waterproofing projects. You will assist with loading, site prep, and installation of piers, wall anchors, and drainage systems on residential and commercial properties.

No prior experience required; training is provided to help you grow in your construction career. You will work outdoors in various weather conditions, lift heavy objects, and follow safety procedures while contributing to the safety and longevity of clients'

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and be able to pass pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work sites, load/unload trucks, and organize materials.
• Set up and excavate areas for installation with accurate measurements.
• Install foundation piers and secure wall anchors per procedures and safety rules.
• Install interior and exterior waterproofing and drainage systems and components.
