Job summary

Titan Wealth Group is offering a Foundation Trainee role in a structured six-month development programme spanning Client Support and Paraplanning. This full-time, office-based vacancy in Kettering provides hands-on experience in financial planning, client servicing and regulatory aspects with progression potential into permanent roles.

You will rotate approximately 3 months in Client Support and 3 months in Paraplanning, building a broad foundation for a career in wealth management.

Qualifications

• Educated to A-Level standard (or equivalent).
• GCSE English and Maths at grade 5 or higher.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Positive attitude and genuine desire to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls from clients and providers professionally and efficiently.
• Maintaining and updating client records across internal systems.
• Processing client instructions, including withdrawals, contributions, valuations and reporting requests.
• Liaising with platform providers and product providers to obtain information and resolve queries.
• Submitting and tracking new business applications.
• Investigating and progressing outstanding cases through to completion.
• Providing regular updates to clients and advisers.
