The ideal candidate will possess a Commercial Driver’s License, have robust knowledge of construction practices, and be capable of working independently or with a crew, with frequent travel required.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience with substation equipment and systems.
• Ability to work at heights up to 125 ft.
• Ability to lift in excess of 50 lb.
• 90% travel required.
• Experience with energized high-voltage systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction, maintenance, and repair of substation equipment.
• Lead or coach subordinates during tasks.
• Maintain company vehicles and tools in good working condition.
• Ensure adherence to safety rules and policies.
