The successful candidate will have a strong fundraising background, specifically in closing gifts of $50,000 or more, along with excellent communication skills. This position is eligible for hybrid work and offers excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• 7 years of professional experience, including 5 years in direct fundraising.
• Experience closing gifts at major gift level of $50,000-$999,999.
• Demonstrated experience securing gifts from private foundations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for raising $1,000,000+ annually.
• Develop and execute complex fundraising strategies.
• Manage portfolio of donors capable of making $50,000+ gifts.
