Job summary

Denver Scholarship Foundation seeks an Assistant Director of Major Gifts to lead the individual giving strategy, focusing on major and midlevel gifts. You will manage donor relationships, collaborate with leadership, and drive revenue growth within established portfolio standards.

The role supports fundraising goals in a hybrid setup (onsite 3 days, remote 2 days) and requires 5+ years in major gifts and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Five or more years of individual major gift fundraising experience.
• Experience with Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of individual donors and prospects, leading all stages of the fundraising cycle.
• Develop and execute cultivation and solicitation strategies aligned with portfolio standards.
• Implement tailored strategies across major and mid-level donors.
• Actively manage and grow the portfolio of donors.
