ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking Foundation Specialists (Outside Sales Representatives) to join our growing team. If you are someone who wants to work harder to achieve more in life-- this role is for you! This is a 100% commission-based position, but we provide all the training and support to ensure success if you're willing to put in the work. We are looking for well-rounded candidates who will be able to get dirty in the field while also properly navigating necessary technology and paperwork. ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Virginia Foundation Solutions is the top Foundation Repair Contractor serving Hampton Roads, NE North Carolina, and Richmond areas. We specialize in foundation repair, crawlspace wood and structural repair, crawlspace moisture control, water management systems, and concrete levelling. WHAT TO EXPECT FROM US:

• No cold-calling; all leads are generated by VFS


• Paid training period 4 weeks at $1,000/week, then a draw (loan) period if requested


• 100% commission pay after training (earning potential determined by your performance)


• Weekly paycheck (for any commissions due)


• Minimum expected earning at 100K to maintain a spot on the team


• Time off is flexible (within reason)


• After one year with the company: 401K Match & Profit-Sharing


• Fun team gatherings throughout the year


• Ongoing weekly trainings/meetings with team at VA Beach HQ location (RVA reps video call in weekly, and travel in-person once per month after training period is completed)


• Tools and technology will be provided

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Valid driver's license and proper reliable transportation


• Use of own cell phone


• Willingness and ability to enter crawlspaces and traverse them thoroughly


• No experience necessary-- only willingness to learn. We will train the right candidate!
