Qualifications

• Associate degree from a regionally or nationally accredited institution.
• Two years of professional or volunteer experience in an office or educational environment.
• Experience in data entry and written communications.

Responsibilities

• Reviews, verifies, and completes scholarship award forms for student information and submission to Financial Aid.
• Creates scholarship award certificates and letters for graduation and donor recognition.
• Monitors scholarship award spreadsheet for tracking and invoicing.
• Assists in hosting scholarships workshops/tutorials and prepares promotional/social media materials.
• Responds to student inquiries and coordinates with Student Affairs to resolve issues.
• Summarizes student stories and gathers releases, photos, and messages for donor relations.
• Assists in updating Foundation pages and supports the Foundation website and social media.
• Helps prepare, plan, and implement Foundation group projects and events.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
