Job summary

Baird Foundation Repair is seeking a reliable Foundation Repair Helper to assist with installing systems that protect the safety and stability of our customers’ homes. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and wants to build a long-term career in the construction trade.

Working under the direction of a Foreman, you’ll support daily operations by assisting with job site setup and cleanup, preparing tools and materials, and ensuring all equipment is properly loaded,

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Ability to perform physically demanding labor (digging, carrying, lifting, crawling, climbing, kneeling).
• Preemployment screening includes background checks.
• Ability to travel 30% to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Assist with job site setup and cleanup under a Foreman.
• Prepare tools and materials for each project.
