Job Overview

The Practice Manager is responsible for overseeing all practice and facility activities, including implementing Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) goals, managing operations, and ensuring compliance with policies. The role involves working closely with providers and staff to ensure smooth practice operations and development.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage daily administrative operations, including patient interactions, EPIC utilization, clinical workflow, documentation, and issue resolution.
  2. Lead administrative and clinical staff to ensure efficient task completion and high-quality customer service.
  3. Adjust provider schedules to optimize productivity and patient access.
  4. Oversee staffing, monitor volume against budgets, and participate in financial planning.
  5. Facilitate staff meetings and practice development initiatives.
  6. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma required.
  • At least three years of practice management experience with demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Minimum three years of administrative experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in management or healthcare preferred.
  • Experience with Epic or other EMR systems is a plus.
