Meta is seeking a forward-thinking candidate to join the Foundation Labs team as a project lead. The Project Lead interfaces with partners and customers, and with engineers on our team, to manage intakes and deployments in our lab spaces. Communication and technical aptitude are critical in this role. Operational efficiency is key, as is developing an actionable strategy on how to scale the Foundation Labs' capacity (space/power/network). The Project Lead is a critical role in continuing to accelerate hardware development at Meta.This role requires identifying effective and efficient approaches to solving complex problems across varied environments, from small-scale to hyper-scale.
